The coaching staff at Team Keenan Allen is wholly committed to the kids. They do an excellent job maintaining contact with kids both in season and during the off-season to ensure that they are putting in work. 

They help their players identify reputable trainers in the area, training facilities and provide a “word of mouth” marketing service for their players by calling college coaches and developing stable player/coach relationships. 

My son, Wayne McKinney, joined the Coastal Elite Slayers. years ago. We were new to the area and looking for a club for my son. Jalen happened to be the head coach at the time, and we have remained loyal to Jalen- following him to team KA because of how wonderful he is. As a parent, I have always encouraged my son to think beyond basketball. Although it is his passion, it has a short shelf life for any player. Even though the game itself is short-lived, the lessons you learn from the game are invaluable life skills: teamwork, cooperation, determination, hard work, discipline, etc.
